Roy's Cleans

  1. It feels good to do some form of weightlifting again, still a long way to go. I am jumping backwards on my lighter weights and not finishing the pull as the weight gets heavier.

    Good to know I can walk into the gym anytime and easily powerclean 100 kilos though.
